Photo/Video/Website Release

By signing, players and parents allow Thunder Basketball to use photos, videos, and media for promotional purposes.

NTBA Waiver

This waiver is necessary for players who wish to participate in games and tournaments organized by the National Travel Basketball Association (NTBA).

USBA Waiver

Players must submit this waiver for participation in events affiliated with the United States Basketball Association (USBA).

Parent & Player Contract

This contract outlines expectations for players and parents to maintain a positive and supportive team environment.

Requierd Membership

AAU Membership for 9th Grade & Above

For players in 9th grade and above, an AAU membership is required to participate in Thunder Basketball. The AAU membership ensures eligibility for high school competitions and is a key part of registration.
